Our team of expert designers specialise in creating design systems for websites & web applications, tailored to meet your specific needs.
Ensure your digital project is delivered to the highest standard, on time, every time. With over 20 years of experience working with companies across the UK and internationally.
Our designers look at each new project individually and challenge themselves with creating a unique web design that is fit for purpose. We work closely with our clients to understand their business and the customers to create an online presence. Using the latest screen design software and prototyping tools we pre-visualise the website and user journey's prior to the site going into our development process.

Our process and principles
Your project requires a creative, but so much more! At Rejuvenate we understand UX/UI principles, best practice and systems required to deliver a product and maintain for future adaptations and features.
UX and UI
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) are integral to crafting successful web designs that prioritize user needs and functionality. UX focuses on the overall journey, ensuring that websites are intuitive, accessible, and tailored to meet user goals. This includes thoughtful navigation, logical information architecture, and seamless interactions. UI, on the other hand, emphasizes the visual and interactive elements—like typography, colors, buttons, and layouts—that make the website appealing and easy to use. Together, UX and UI work to create web designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, delivering a positive and engaging experience for users.
Design Systems
Design systems are essential frameworks for creating consistent, scalable, and efficient web designs. They provide a unified set of guidelines, reusable components, and design principles that streamline the development process. By standardizing elements like typography, color palettes, buttons, and grid layouts, design systems ensure a cohesive user experience across pages and devices. They enhance collaboration between designers and developers, reduce redundancy, and simplify updates or redesigns. For web design, a robust design system fosters creativity within defined boundaries, enabling teams to build user-centric, responsive websites with efficiency and precision.
Atomic Design
Atomic Design is a methodology for creating design systems by breaking interfaces into smaller, reusable building blocks. These components are organized into five distinct levels: atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, and pages. Atoms are the basic elements, such as buttons or input fields, which combine to form molecules, like a search bar. Molecules then build into larger organisms, such as a website header. Templates and pages assemble these components into complete, functional layouts. This approach promotes consistency, scalability, and collaboration, making it easier to design and maintain cohesive, user-friendly interfaces across projects.
The 8pt Grid System
The 8pt grid system is a design framework that uses multiples of 8 pixels to create consistent spacing, sizing, and alignment in digital interfaces. By standardizing measurements for margins, padding, and component dimensions, the 8pt grid ensures visual harmony and simplifies the design process. This approach not only improves scalability across different screen sizes and resolutions but also enhances collaboration between designers and developers by providing a clear, shared structure. The result is a polished, cohesive design that feels balanced and intuitive, contributing to an improved user experience.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Incorporating Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles into the initial design process ensures that the website is strategically crafted to drive user actions from the start. By focusing on user behavior, clear call-to-actions, intuitive navigation, and persuasive design elements, CRO becomes an integral part of the design strategy. Thoughtful decisions about page layout, visual hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness can reduce friction and encourage conversions. Prototyping and early testing, such as wireframe evaluations or user feedback sessions, allow teams to identify potential barriers before development begins. Designing with CRO in mind lays a strong foundation for a user-centric experience that maximizes results.
Design-to-Development Handoff
The design-to-development handoff is a critical phase where finalized designs are transferred to developers for implementation. A smooth handoff ensures that the design vision is accurately translated into a functional product. This process involves providing developers with detailed design files using Figma, specifications, and assets. Clear communication is essential, including annotations for functionality, responsiveness, and interactions. Establishing a shared understanding of design systems, component libraries, and development constraints fosters collaboration and minimizes errors. A successful handoff streamlines workflows, reduces rework, and ensures the final product aligns with the intended user experience.
